Just being in the presence of other authentic women was the best therapy I have gotten in a long time. You can really tap into yourself and other women's wisdom in this setting.  I got way more than I expected or paid for this weekend. Truly life changing!

You will visit Joshua Tree National Park and enjoy the Barker Dam, Skull Rock, Hidden Valley, ocotillo, chollas and more!

Joshua Tree National Park offers special collection of plants and animals due to its position between two major deserts, the Mojave and Colorado. The terrain is both flat and mountainous and displays spectacular formations from the strong winds and occasional torrential downpours. April is known for comfortable temperatures and wild flowers.

Joshua National Park became a National Park in 1994 and encompasses over 790,000 acres, an area slightly larger than the state Rhode Island!

The residential history goes back at least 6000-10,000 years ago and is indicated by stone tools and spear points (discovered in the 1930's).

This is the perfect time to visit! Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 70's during the day and mid 40's art night.

It is easy to feel run-down when on a trip, but Valerie has a great skill at coordinating retreats! It was the perfect balance of free time and scheduled activities - well organized and perfectly scheduled.
